#BrunchWithGlor at Kensington Riverside Inn

I love brunch. It's my thing. It's my time to socialize; spend time with my family or spend time with my friends. A couple Saturday's ago, I decided to finally try out the Chef's Table at Kensington Riverside Inn and bring my family with me.  The dining room was small and intimate.  Probably just 8-10 tables and the kitchen was visible to guests.  There was one server on staff and one Chef catering to a few tables, ours included.  It wasn't entirely too busy when we got there, although I made sure we didn't go in the middle of the breakfast rush.

They don't have a large selection for breakfast, but it's carefully curated with good variety that you don't need a long menu.  I will say, though, that even with the selection being what it is, it still took us a while to decide on what we wanted.  Each one of us wanted to try at least 2 different plates on the menu.  For the taste, the turnaround and the presentation, I would say the menu is quite reasonably priced.  Nahla, the beautiful waitress who catered to our every request was quite charming.  There was a bit of a mixup with Liam's order (oldest) but it was quickly fixed. The Chef's Table is one of the top fine-dining establishments in Calgary.  With award-winning Contemporary Canadian cuisine and a four-diamond rating from CAA/AAA, Chef’s Table offers a uniquely memorable dining experience.  I can honestl say it was well worth the visit.

The Kensington Riverside Inn is such a beautiful boutique hotel.  Its location is prime being in one of the trendiest communities in Calgary, Kensington, directly across from the Bow River and just a bridge away from downtown, it offers guests a unique intimate place to stay.  I also highly recommend it as a hotel of choice for a stay-cation.
