It all started when…

I had been observing my community of the same nationality (Filipino & Asians in general), for quite some time now.  I’ve followed the individuals who have taken on leadership roles within the community; both officially and unofficially, and realized that though the rest of society has recognized the crucial role that wellness plays in adapting a healthier lifestyle, it is still not comfortably discussed - especially the emotional and mental aspects - within the Filipino/Asian communities.  I want to change that.

I want to help encourage & guide the Asian community of Calgary to change their views on the topic of mental & emotional wellness and create an active and healthier lifestyle.

Trained in guiding individuals and groups into meditation & self awareness, yoga & movement, (as well as a Barre & fitness certification) I offer private & group sessions, and am currently working on an intimate workshop/series for December 2018.
