It all started when…

I had been observing my community of the same nationality (Filipino & Asians in general), for a while now.  I followed the individuals who were taking on leadership roles within the community; both officially and unofficially, and realized that though the rest of society recognized the crucial role that wellness & importance of adapting a healthier lifestyle, it was still not open discussion - especially the emotional and mental aspects.  I want to change that.

I want to help encourage & guide the Filipino/Asian community of Calgary into radically changing their views on the topic of mental & emotional wellness - creating a healthier lifestyle altogether.

Trained in guiding individuals and groups into meditation & self awareness, yoga & movement, (as well as a Barre & fitness certification) I offer private & group sessions, and am currently working on an intimate workshop/series in August.
