Greenhouse Juice's Version of the Breakfast Porridge with Caramelized Bananas

I came across this post a few months back and thought I'd give it a try. It didn't come out as beautiful as how Greenhouse Juice had it, but it was absolutely delicious. Here are the ingredients that they used in the porridge:
Ingredients:
Porridge
- 2/3 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 ½ cups Almond Milk
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla (for a sweeter porridge)
Toppings
- Scoop of almond butter
- Handful of walnuts, chopped
Caramelized Bananas:
- 2 bananas
- 3 tbs coconut oil
Berry Compote:
- 2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
- Juice from half an orange
>>> I personally don't like berries as compote, so I kept it out. I added some fresh cubed Atuolfo mangoes the second time I made the bowl and it was delicious!
